WoolExchange is an electronic mechanism developed to facilitate the buying and selling of wool as simply as possible in a secure and managed environment. It is designed for use by growers, exporters and processors.

WoolExchange is owned and operated by John Marshall & Company Limited, a New Zealand company established in the 1930's.

To preserve the integrity of WoolExchange, only wool tested by an approved testing authority is offered for sale and only approved users are eligible for registration. In addition, WoolExchange and John Marshall & Co Limited will stand in place of the seller, and guarantee the quality of deliveries.

Membership is free and there are no transaction fees for buyers.
